Annual General Meeting 2018

In accordance with clause 11 of our National Constitution, notice is hereby given of UN Youth New Zealand’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) to be held on Sunday, 2 December 2018 at St Andrew’s on the Terrace at 3:00 PM.

The purpose of the AGM is to receive the reports of the 2018 National Executive, 2018 Regional Presidents, elect the 2019 National Executive. receive the audited accounts for the last financial year, and any other tabled business.

Election of the 2019 National Executive

Nominations are now closed for the 2019 National Executive.

All those eligible to vote, but unable to physically attend the AGM are eligible to submit a proxy vote. Voting eligibility is outlined in our constitution.

In short any National/International Event Committee/Regional Council members that have been appointed/elected are eligible. 2018 National Executive Members are also eligible. Regional Event Committee members are also eligible. Finally, you are eligible if you were a National Event Conference Assistant for Diplomacy Competition facilitator in 2018. One of these criteria must be met.

Proxy votes can be submitted here. Voting will close at 5 pm on the 1st of December (the evening before)
